Construction of 2 plus miles of asphalt roads, 3 parking lots, wastewater treatment lagoons, 24,585 sq. ft. exhibit building, 6,681 sq. ft. maintenance and storage building, picnic shelter, entry booth, 2 miles of asphalt trails, 2 miles of earth trails, waysides, install 1 plus miles of underground utilities.  Furnish and install historic artifacts, reproductions, graphic arts and all related exhibits in main building. Locate in Baker County Oregon.
