As the fourth generation at The Ewing Company, Tucker is committed to refining, enhancing, and contributing to the growth of the company. Holds a bachelor's degree in construction management from Boise State University, and is deeply passionate about delivering high-quality construction projects, taking immense pride in our outputs.
Al Hofer
Superintendent
Al has been a Superintendent for The Ewing Company for over 29 years and has been in the construction industry for over 30+ years. He is familiar with all phases of construction and has extensive experience in water and wastewater treatment projects. Al’s effective people skills, knowledge of the construction process, and positive attitude has earned him the reputation as a premier superintendent in the construction industry.

Senior Project Manager
Ryan is a Construction Project Manager/Estimator with a 25+ year record of success managing and estimating all sizes and types of construction projects. Experience in all aspects of construction (residential, commercial, and industrial) for both private and public entities from standard vertical construction to specialized projects in the Mechanical, Water/Wastewater, Process, & Manufacturing Industries. Passionate in managing and building teams that tackle complex and demanding projects.
Jeff Van Nest

Jeff was raised in the Magic Valley. He graduated from Idaho State University in 1982 with a BS in Accounting. He has been a CPA since 1984. Jeff joined the Ewing Company in 1990 and has been our Staff Accountant since then.

He is familiar with all phases of construction and has extensive experience in water and wastewater treatment projects. Skip goes above and beyond his specific duties to assure his projects runs smoothly and successfully.
